their systems are not up to date with current fire codes and
regulations.

common reasons your tank may be in violation
1.
Tanks must be equipped with an Anti-syphon Device (NFPA 30)
2.
Tanks must be grounded properly (NFPA 78)
3.
Tanks must have an overfill protection. Minimum of 5 Gallons. (NFPA
30)
4.
Tanks must be equipped with an overfill prevention valve (NFPA 30)
5.
Tanks must have a visual and audible high level alarm (NFPA 30)
