Renewable
Fuels Program Announced
 Recently the EPA announced the
establishment of the nation's first comprehensive Renewable Fuel
Standard (RFS) program -- an action officials said would help
reduce the nation's dependence on foreign oil. The RFS program will promote the
use of fuels such as ethanol and biodiesel.

Major East Coast C-Store Gets the "Green Light"
with Approval of Unique Underground Fuel Storage System
 Turkey
Hill had a problem with their newest C-Store location. Blasts from a
nearby Quarry combined with the close proximity to a protected watershed
caused enough concern with local officials that they would not allow
fiberglass underground tanks on the property. For Turkey Hill the
solution was an innovative Liquid Containment Vault (LCV) system. This
unique concrete seamless sectional vault offers uncompromising
environmental protection to soil and groundwater, resists corrosion and
rising water tables and even the sudden trauma of earthquake activity.
